STAFF REPORT ISB: The three-day Indigenous On-campus Training (IOT) workshops concluded at Bahria University (BU). The IOT workshops, containing three unique sessions every day, were arranged by the Bahria University’s Human Resource Development Office in a joint effort with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) under the capacity building of non-teaching staff.


The points of the training were key arranging and assessment, administration styles and administration, administration aptitudes, item improvement and advertising, creating key deduction and arranging and human asset administration and advancement.


Pro Rector of Bahria University Rear Admiral (r) Saleem Akhtar said on the concluding ceremony of the workshops, “The IOT is a special open door under the sponsorship of HEC for universities non-academic staff and workers to revive their insight and upgrade their ability and efficiency. As a consequence of this training, not just the capacity and productivity of the colleges’ workers will enhance additionally advance great administration on-grounds”.
