STAFF REPORT KHI: Prof. Dr. Atta-ur-Rahman, a former federal minister and Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC), has said that science has no boundary while it bridges gap between countries and nations in the world.

He was speaking at the closing ceremony of the four-day 5th International Symposium-Cum-Training Course on Molecular Medicine and Drug Research recently held at the International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi.More than 350 scientists, including 60 scientists from 28 countries, attended the international event, organised by Dr Panjwani Centre for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (PCMD).

The foreign scientists who attended the symposium were from Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungry, India, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Nepal, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Sweden, Turkey, UK, USA and Yemen.
